Manage or cancel Chat Decoder Pro

There is no separate Chat Decoder account yet. Your subscription is attached to the email/payment method you used in Stripe or Link checkout.

Cancel future renewals, update your card, and view billing details. If you cancel during the 2-day trial, you should not be charged the weekly $3.99 renewal.

I cannot see the checkout record on this device. Open this page in the same browser where you paid, or use the receipt / Link email for the same checkout email.

If you paid with Link and did not get an email

Link can use a different saved email than the one you expected. Check the email attached to your Link account, then search your inbox for “Stripe”, “Link”, “Chat Decoder”, “Read Between”, or “receipt”. Also check spam and promotions.

Stripe receipts are separate from Chat Decoder app emails. If a receipt was not delivered, you can still manage the subscription from the Stripe Billing Portal above when this browser has the checkout record.

What changes after payment

  • Free users can upload up to 3 screenshots; Pro can upload up to 20 screenshots per decode.
  • The full decode reveals attachment deep dive, hidden subtext, red/green flags with quotes, power dynamics, forecast, and reply recommendations.
  • The $1.99 unlock starts a 2-day free Pro trial; after that it renews at $3.99/week unless canceled.

If you cannot access the portal, contact support with the email used in checkout and the approximate payment time. Do not send full card details.
