Refund Policy

Chat Decoder delivers instant AI-generated digital reports. Because the report is generated and made available immediately after purchase, charges are generally final except where required by law or described below.

The $1.99 unlock starts a 2-day free Chat Decoder Pro trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to stop the $3.99/week subscription renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges or the $1.99 unlock.

We review refund requests when there was a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or technical issue that prevented access to the purchased decode. Requests should include the checkout email and approximate payment time.

If you paid with Link, the receipt may go to the email saved in your Link account, which can be different from the email you expected. Search your inbox for Stripe, Link, Chat Decoder, Read Between, or receipt.

Please contact support first so the issue can be resolved faster than a bank dispute. Do not send full card details.
