Privacy Policy

We process the chats, screenshots, relationship context, and text you submit so we can generate your decode. We may also collect payment email, checkout identifiers, basic device/browser data, and usage events needed to operate the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe and Link. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials. Billing portal access is handled by Stripe.

We use data to provide AI decode reports, process payments, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot errors, improve product quality, and provide customer support.

Your submitted chat content may be sent to AI providers solely to generate the requested decode. Do not upload content you do not have permission to process or content that includes highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable submitting it.

Chat screenshots and pasted messages are intended to be processed for the decode experience and not displayed publicly. Billing records may be retained as required for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Chat Decoder, including hosting, AI processing, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing. We do not sell your personal data.

We use browser storage to remember unlock status, checkout details needed for billing portal access, and the most recent decode state. Clearing browser data may remove local unlock/billing shortcuts from that device.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing. For billing cancellation, use the billing page.

We use HTTPS and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. Do not submit content that would create serious risk if exposed.

Chat Decoder is not intended for anyone under 18.
